Before work begins, the client should disclose known moisture, mould, lead, asbestos, structural, electrical, access, or other hazardous conditions. ABR Solutions does not treat a website inquiry as an inspection, engineering opinion, hazardous-material assessment, or building-code approval.
- Keep children, pets, valuables, and personal items away from active work areas.
- Provide safe access, working utilities, reasonable ventilation, and any required condo, landlord, municipal, or property approvals.
- Do not ask the crew to disturb suspected hazardous materials or unsafe conditions unless the work is separately assessed, authorized, and performed under the requirements that apply.
- Protect or identify items that cannot be moved; site conditions and client-requested changes may affect scope, schedule, and price.
