- A project is governed by the written estimate, proposal, change order, invoice terms, or service agreement accepted for that project.
- Additional preparation, concealed damage, hazardous materials, moisture, structural issues, access constraints, permits, or client-requested changes may affect scope, price, or schedule.
- Colour and sheen can appear different because of lighting, screens, surrounding finishes, application method, and substrate condition. Physical samples and written selections should be confirmed where appropriate.
4. Client and site responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate project information and disclosing known site conditions that could affect people, property, materials, access, or the work plan. This includes suspected lead, asbestos, mould, moisture, structural damage, unsafe electrical conditions, or other hazardous materials.
- Children, pets, valuables, and unrelated occupants should be kept away from active work areas.
- The client should provide reasonable access, utilities, ventilation, parking/loading access where needed, and any required owner, condo, landlord, or municipal approvals.
- ABR Solutions may pause or revise work if a condition appears unsafe, outside the agreed scope, or unsuitable for the specified finish system.
- Hazardous-material removal, structural work, engineering, electrical, plumbing, and permit-dependent work are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing and legally authorized.
5. Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business evaluation of ABR Solutions services. You must not attempt to interfere with site operation, bypass security, submit false or unlawful material, impersonate another person, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, or use website content to mislead others about an affiliation with ABR Solutions.
