ABR Solutions collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, communicate about projects, and provide requested services. We do not sell personal information.
1. Scope and accountability
This policy applies to personal information handled through this website and through related conversations with ABR Solutions by telephone, text message, or email. ABR Solutions is responsible for personal information under its control and may designate a team member to respond to privacy questions.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may receive:
- Your name, telephone number, email address, and preferred contact method.
- Project details such as the property location, surfaces involved, requested services, timing, measurements, budget context, and access needs.
- Photographs or documents you choose to provide for an estimate or project discussion.
- Communications and records connected with estimates, scheduling, service delivery, invoicing, or follow-up.
- Basic technical information that a browser, hosting provider, or security service may process, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and request logs.
Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your project inquiry.
3. How information is used
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to questions and determine whether a requested project is within our services and service area.
- Arrange walkthroughs, prepare estimates, schedule work, and communicate about an active or completed project.
- Maintain business, accounting, warranty, safety, and customer-service records where appropriate.
- Protect the website, prevent misuse, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
- Send promotional communication only where permitted and with any consent required by applicable law.
4. When information may be shared
ABR Solutions does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers supporting communications, website hosting, scheduling, accounting, file storage, payment processing, or project delivery; with professional advisers; or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
Service providers are expected to handle information only for the service they provide and to use appropriate safeguards. Some providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of another jurisdiction.
5. Cookies, links, and website technology
The current website does not require a customer account. It may use essential browser storage or similar technology for interface functions. Hosting infrastructure may also create standard security and access logs.
The site links to or loads content from third-party services, including social platforms, mapping services, and font providers. Those services have their own privacy practices. Choosing an external link takes you to the third party's service.
When a website feature opens your email or text application, your message is transmitted through the communication provider and device you choose. Do not send information you are not comfortable transmitting through that channel.
6. Retention and safeguards
Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the identified purpose and for legitimate legal, tax, warranty, dispute, or business-record requirements. When no longer required, information should be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
ABR Solutions uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No internet, email, or text transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Access, correction, and consent choices
You may ask whether ABR Solutions holds personal information about you, request access or correction where applicable, or withdraw consent for future optional uses. Some information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law or where it is necessary to complete an existing transaction.
You may also ask to stop promotional communication at any time. Service-related messages about an active estimate or project are separate from promotional communication.
8. Children
This website and ABR Solutions services are intended for adults arranging property services. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
9. Privacy incidents
If ABR Solutions becomes aware of a privacy incident involving personal information, it will assess the circumstances, take reasonable containment and recovery steps, keep appropriate records, and provide notifications where required by applicable law.
Because no online system is risk-free, please report suspected unauthorized access or disclosure promptly to abatista64@gmail.com.
10. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when website features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current effective date will be shown at the top of the page.
11. Privacy questions
To ask a privacy question or request access or correction, contact ABR Solutions at abatista64@gmail.com or 437-990-6213. Please write “Privacy Request” in the email subject line and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
